Restaurant General Manager

Slidin’ Dirty is seeking qualified applicants with high level skills in customer service, food preparation and production and financial management to oversee our operation in Troy, New York.

Applicants must have previous food service management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Position requires ability to handle back office administrative duties including scheduling and labor management, inventory and invoice tracking, POS systems, cash handling and the ability to understand P&L’s.

  • Hire, train, develop, manage and review team members
  • Open and/or close restaurant when needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent, quality food production
  • Optimize profits by driving sales and controlling food, labor and overhead costs
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by following all OSHA and health department standards
  • Delegate responsibilities and provide strong leadership to team members
  • Maintain accurate records including health and safety logs, deposits, inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable and purchasing
  • Ensure all company policy, procedure and brand standards are followed and enforced
  • Ensure that all federal and state laws are followed and enforced
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring guest satisfaction and providing prompt problem resolution
